IThinkUPC will once again be present at the Factor Humano Barcelona congress, the annual benchmark event for human resources professionals, which will hold its eighth edition on October 16 at La Farga de L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. Once again, we will do so together with our partner Cornerstone OnDemand, a global leader in cloud software for learning and talent management.

The event organizers estimate that more than one thousand professionals related to the field of people management will gather, and that there will be more than seventy top-level speakers, mostly professionals working in the human resources departments of major national and international companies, both public and private. Two conference rooms with panel discussions will be set up, along with a networking area and exhibition stands.

IThinkUPC and Cornerstone will have a stand (number 23) in the exhibitor area where we will showcase our talent management solutions to detect, assess, and develop employee talent.

In the event program, Miriam Sánchez Teruel, Learning & Development Consultant at IThinkUPC, will participate as the moderator of the round table NO LIMITS LEARNING: overcoming the lack of a continuous learning culture in organizations (PLUXEE room, 3:15 p.m.).

At the table, the most current topics in the field of talent management will be discussed alongside prominent HR leaders.
