Due to its significant international growth in recent years, Cellnex recognized the need to optimize the use of its talent management platform, Cornerstone. To achieve this, the wireless telecommunications infrastructure operator turned to IThinkUPC to optimize the existing modules and adapt them to new processes, incorporate new functionalities, and integrate all the countries where the company operates.
