They maintain two websites hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), from which they communicate their musical events and offer exclusive content to their subscribers. In 2021, they recorded up to 24,000 daily visits and anticipated that this figure would grow significantly in the short term.
At the same time, Primavera Sound had developed the Access Ticket app a key tool for managing festival logistics which was designed to allow the 40,000 attendees at a single event to enter the venues without queuing and to order bar services via their mobile devices, thereby streamlining the entire ticketing and collection process.
