Catalog of Consulting Services Kit Consulting
The Kit Consulting program is an initiative by the Government of Spain, managed by Red.es, aimed at promoting the digital transformation of SMEs with between 10 and fewer than 250 employees that are interested in contracting specialized and personalized digital consulting services for their businesses.
What does the grant consist of?
It is a specialized and personalized digital consulting voucher that must be used to contract one or several consulting services included in the program. The maximum amount of the grant varies depending on the number of employees in the company:
- Segment A: Between 10 and fewer than 50 employees: €12,000.
- Segment B: Between 50 and fewer than 100 employees: €18,000.
- Segment C: Between 100 and fewer than 250 employees: €24,000.
The maximum amount allocated to each service provided will be €6,000.
Beneficiary SMEs must use the voucher to contract one or several consulting services available in a catalog that includes various solutions in key areas of the digital transformation process.
Catalogue of Digitalization Solutions
Digital Sales
- Analysis of your SME’s current situation in digital sales, social media positioning, and online presence.
- Employee awareness on the importance and techniques of online sales and digital marketing.
- Definition of a medium- and long-term online sales and digital presence strategy (social media, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.) using AI-based predictive models.
- Development and execution of a use case tailored to the SME, using appropriate artificial intelligence techniques in the area of digital sales.
- Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of sales.

Data Analysis (Basic or Advanced)
Basic
- Identification of data from your SME that improves the understanding of available information.
- Analysis of different artificial intelligence tool options to exploit and visualize the data, recommending the one that best suits the situation and required investment.
- Creation of valuable insights from data processing using artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Consulting on data exploitation through the selected tool.
- Optionally, consulting on data governance, management, and data quality processes in accordance with the UNE 0077 “Data Governance,” UNE 0078 “Data Management,” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management” specifications.
- Development and execution of a use case tailored to the business in data analysis.
- Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

Advanced
- Identification of your SME’s data, assessment, and evaluation of its use in conjunction with other sources.
- Generation and extraction of valuable information from data processing using artificial intelligence algorithms to improve decision-making.
- Consulting for understanding your SME’s data and handling data management tools.
- Optional consulting on the evaluation of the capacity of data governance, management, and data quality processes, following the UNE 0080 specification “Guide for the Evaluation of Data Governance, Management, and Data Quality” and the UNE 0081 specification “Guide for the Evaluation of Data Quality.”
- Development and execution of a use case tailored to the SME, using artificial intelligence techniques in data analysis.
- Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of advanced data analysis.

Artificial Intelligence
- Identification of relevant data sets for the implementation of AI algorithms.
- Consulting for the creation of data governance protocols with AI regulations.
- Analysis of AI tools for data management, providing recommendations adapted to the specific context.
- Guidance on how AI techniques can help extract valuable insights from existing data.
- Development and execution of a use case tailored to the business, related to artificial intelligence.
- Training on the strategic use of AI techniques in data management.

- Understanding the strategic goals, key points, and objectives of your SME, followed by alignment with digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence, and process improvement.

- Specialized consulting on business process management and artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and quality, covering all areas of the business—from sales and human resources to project management.

- Effectively communicate to your SME’s employees the strategic relevance of process digitalization.
- Consulting on tools and technology for the optimization and automation of the selected production process.
- Development and execution of a tailored use case, using appropriate techniques, for the optimization of a manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of manufacturing processes.

- Analysis of the current situation in business intelligence to assess needs, identify gaps in the use of business intelligence technologies, and detect improvement opportunities.
- Proposal of recommendations to develop analytical skills and promote a data-driven decision-making culture through the use of artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Consulting on the integration of advanced techniques and tools such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining, taking into account the specifics of your SME and aligning them with business goals.
- Definition of a medium- and long-term strategy for the implementation and optimization of business intelligence based on performance improvement.
- Design and execution of a use case that demonstrates the effectiveness of competitive analysis techniques to improve business strategy and performance.
- Identification of opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of business strategy and performance.

- Ensure the continuity of your SME in the face of potential security incidents, minimizing the risk of business activity interruptions.
- Development of a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining specific protocols and actions in the event of a cyberattack.
- Definition of a personalized cybersecurity strategy for the short and medium term.
- Compliance with regulations and security standards related to data protection and information security.
- Preparation of the basic documentation for the implementation of an ISMS (ISO 27001 and ENS medium-high) for a core service offered to clients or public administrations.
