Sergi Sales, Business Manager of Analytics and AI at IThinkUPC, will deliver the webinar Master AI: Become a Prompting Specialist on May 23, as part of the Open Government Week 2025, organized by the Barcelona Provincial Council.
This training session, aimed at public sector workers and professionals in Open Government and Good Governance, will introduce key concepts for interacting with artificial intelligence using prompting techniques. Participants will learn how to optimize instructions, experiment with different approaches, and reframe their prompts to achieve better results. The session will also provide guidance for delving deeper into this emerging discipline. David Vilà, a specialist in Digital Services and Data-Driven Municipal Orientation at the Barcelona Provincial Council, will also join the session.
The webinar will be held online from 09:30 to 11:00.
