“The development of FIATC’s training platform should be invisible; the user should only focus on the training they want to pursue.”
Equipping a company like FIATC with a training platform that accommodates different training environments (insurance, residencies, and clinics) posed a significant challenge for IThinkUPC. One of the project’s key aspects was streamlining access for over 3,000 company collaborators who must complete mandatory training annually to carry out their roles effectively. The outcome: a multitenant solution built on Moodle Workplace, through which more than 110,000 training hours have been delivered.
