IThinkUPC will once again be present at Factor Humano Barcelona, the premier annual event for HR professionals, celebrating its seventh edition on October 15 at La Farga in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. We are proud to partner once more with Cornerstone OnDemand, the global leader in cloud-based training and talent management software.
The event organizers anticipate that over a thousand professionals from the field of people management will be in attendance, along with more than seventy high-caliber speakers—primarily HR experts from leading national and international companies across both public and private sectors. Two conference halls will be set up featuring panel discussions, alongside dedicated areas for networking and exhibition booths.
IThinkUPC and Cornerstone will host booth (number 23) in the exhibitors’ area, where we will showcase our talent management solutions designed to identify, assess, and nurture employee talent.
In the event program, Núria Martínez, Talent Consulting Manager at IThinkUPC, will serve as the moderator for the panel discussion “NEW LEARNING CONCEPT: Reformulating Training Methodology and Learning Formats” (PLUXEE room, 15:15).
