We developed a customized, accessible, and measurable learning environment for the entire BAUHAUS team, based on Moodle Workplace.

BAUHAUS, a leading company in the specialized retail sector, has a diverse and distributed workforce across 12 physical stores, an online store, a contact center, and a central services team. Their challenge: to build a unique and accessible training environment for the entire staff, regardless of role or technological proficiency. To achieve this, they partnered with IThinkUPC, which designed and implemented a corporate campus, based on Moodle Workplace, accessible from any device, fully aligned with the company’s identity, and capable of delivering key HR metrics.
