Digitalization of the production process at a chemical plant

We are implementing the Businessmap tool at a major production center to digitalize its production, quality, and logistics processes.

An important production center serving the personal care and home markets, as well as other industrial sectors like paints and construction, needed a tool to enhance production process coordination and boost productivity.

This tool needed to integrate with SAP ERP, capture plant control events from the IOT AVEVA PI System, generate KPIs for monitoring the production process, control task execution, and facilitate communication among teams.
