Grífols chooses our eLearning solution for training its employees worldwide.
Challenge
Grífols, a global company headquartered in Barcelona, operates various eLearning platforms worldwide and aims to define a global architecture based on the future demand for virtual training to be offered to its employees (over 13,000 globally). For this reason, they have requested our support in defining the technological model that will address the anticipated growth in demand for virtual training.
Project
In line with Grífols’ commitment to a virtual teaching platform, we provide our eLearning solution based on the open-source Moodle platform, tailoring it to Grífols’ specific needs and integrating it into their existing information systems environment.
The project includes:
- Analysis of the initial situation at both an organizational and technological level.
- Preparation of a questionnaire aimed at key people from all centers around the world to learn about current and future needs in virtual training.
- Support to Grífols management in collecting data from the demand for needs.
- Proposal of the future model to meet the group’s training needs.
- Implementation of the corporate virtual campus platform, where the previous existing platforms are migrated.
- Integration of the eLearning platform with other Grífols information systems (SAP).
Results
Technological and organizational design, including the definition of a roadmap toward Grífols’ new training and learning model. This leads to a second phase where a corporate virtual campus platform is implemented, enabling Grífols to provide training services to all group users worldwide.
