We defined a technological roadmap, shared by all the companies in the group, to align technology and business objectives.
Mutua Propietarios Group, a leading entity in the insurance and real estate services sector, sought to strengthen the alignment between technology and business in order to face new corporate challenges. Although the group already had a solid foundation, it aimed to move forward towards a shared vision that would guide the evolution of the information systems across all its companies.
In this context, at IThinkUPC we contributed our methodological and technological expertise to support the development of the Information Systems Plan (ISP 2026), structured in three phases: initial assessment, definition of future scenarios, and detailed project planning. The joint work with the business and IT areas made it possible to build a consensual roadmap, aligned with the group’s objectives and adapted to the reality of each entity.
