Agromillora is a horticultural company dedicated to the national and international production and commercialization of saplings, and it is a global leader in the fruit tree and olive plant sectors. Recognizing the need to deploy a talent management strategy within its organization. Agromillora set objectives to efficiently align its workforce with the company’s strategic goals.
