We design and deploy a corporate training ecosystem, based on Moodle Workplace, to centralize Uriach’s global training.
Uriach, a leading company in the field of Natural Healthcare with a presence in eleven international subsidiaries, faced the challenge of integrating cultures, processes, and teams after an intense expansion process. The organization needed a unique environment to centralize global training, homogenize the learning experience, and foster a common language across all regions. This context led Uriach to initiate a strategic project alongside IThinkUPC to create Uriach University, its own scalable training ecosystem, aligned with its talent processes.
