We design and implement a digital solution based on Businessmap to optimize the planning and monitoring of the production process.
FUCHS is a global group of German origin, a leader in lubricants, with a presence in over 50 countries and nearly 6,000 employees. At their production plant, they sought to transform their traditional Heijunka process into a more efficient and adaptive digital system.
With this project, we have helped FUCHS digitize their manufacturing process through a support application and the Businessmap platform. The new solution enables the integration and automation of production order planning, tracking via visual tools such as Gantt charts, and real-time monitoring of delays and key performance indicators (KPIs).
